PEARLAND Sunday December 6th - EARLY SETUP

Hi Vendors!

We have some exciting news! This year, we will be renting the hall the day before our Pearland Nutcracker Market to give vendors the opportunity to set up early!

If you would like to set up your booth on Saturday, December 5th, rather than rushing Sunday morning, you are welcome to do so!

Here's what you need to know:

• Early setup is available for BOTH indoor and outdoor vendors.

• There is a $25 early setup fee to help offset the additional hall rental.

• I will be covering the majority of the extra rental cost. The $25 simply helps us make this option possible for everyone.

• Everything will be locked and secured overnight, and I will personally be staying on-site overnight for added peace of mind.

This is completely optional! Vendors who prefer to set up Sunday morning are more than welcome to do so.

My hope is that this gives everyone a little breathing room, extra time to decorate those trees, extra time to really decorate your booth especially during such a busy holiday season. We are really pushing for some more elaborate setups for this specific market.  Set up early, head home, get some rest, and come back Sunday ready for a wonderful market!
